The Unsettled exhibition is a photographic collection exploring the vague uneasy space within us when a specific emotional response is not easily defined. It's the feeling one might have when intuition is activated and our "Spidey senses" suggests that something is off. Images like an empty Times Square in New York during the height of a pandemic, or a discarded child's toy in a wooded area.
The images themselves are not alarming but do hint at something beyond benign, which can be unsettling.
As in art the meaning we attach to these images is a reflection of our experiences and unique to each of us. What do you feel when you scroll through these images?
Note: Although the images are not graphic in nature they may be triggering to some.
